WEB PRESENCE -
INDISPENSABLE NEED OF BUSINESS
Have you been confident that your business doesn’t need a
website? You had business, which was
materialising your efforts.
I wish I could have advocated this belief of yours!
Have you ever thought that you have not used your marketing and
entrepreneurship capabilities in full?
And thus you have kept
your self away unknowingly from that fare share of financial
gains which you
definitely deserve...
Let’s put it this way and let me answer few questions you, which
you would have definitely asked me if
we would have met in
person.
Why do I need a website?
The truth is, everyone needs a website. It doesn't matter if you
sell anything online or not, your
prospects want to learn more
about you before investing the time to drive over, or making a
call to
your place asking for more information. We live in a
cynical world that craves more useful information.
Online
research is easiest and information can be acquired way faster
than any other means.
Informed customers become good buyers and
you are there for them whenever they want you to be.
And that is
called a BUSINESS FLOW!
What can a website do for me? And how will it do so?
Now when you are ready to accept. That “A WEBSITE MIGHT BE
USEFUL” let me tell you “HOW IT
WILL BE USEFUL”
Instant Access to your customers- Provide Downloadable forms,
price lists, sale sheets and brochures to
people researching a
purchase. Maintain forum via email to quickly and easily answer
questions about
your goods and services.
Reduce Costs- A strong enough web presence can eliminate
much cost like print advertising and
other campaign costs. Even
on the most rigorous web campaigns, the advertising cost per
customer is far,
far less by comparison and beyond expectations.
Give People Exactly What They Look For- More and more people
research a company or product online
before face-to-face
interactions. Today people expect to find a web site for a
company with at the very
least information on services or
products.
Always On- Information about your company is available 24/7,
locally, nationally, and globally at no extra cost. Imagine the
cost of a direct mail piece through the post office to every
address in the world with a computer!
Cost Effective- Can easily be the most cost effective
advertising and marketing medium of communication
to existing
and potential customers.
Let people know Easily What You Do Best- If your product and
service is quality and you're a one
person operation, your
website can focus on your business and open the door to people
who might not
be thinking of a smaller business for their needs.
Now you know why I was unable to advocate your belief! But let
me tell you a fact that this belief is a due
to lack of proper
information and sorry to say this but by little bit of you
ignorance too!
The saga does not end here it has another important part untold
and sometimes left unrealized. Even If
you have made up a mind
to make a website now but please take care of a very-very
important thing.
Please ensure that you have a website and you have a PERFORMING
WEBSITE.
Why I am saying so? What is a difference between a website a
WEBSITE and a PERFORMING WEBSITE?
Just like a shop or a sales office. It’s an online office.
People need to know about its presence and what can
it do for
them. A nice design and a structured set of information is not
all it requires to generate business flow.
As first visitors should be there and that can be only achieved
by implementing Search engine
optimization strategies or (SEO).
What is (SEO)?
Process of promotion of your website and products and services
sold in it through search engines or
online advertisement
campaigns.
See it this way. Online presence is only successful after you
have visitors on your website and to
generate them you need to
apply some strategic techniques. Now when you have visitors
welcome them – Inform them – Offer them great deals and let them
buy whatever they want and whenever they want.
So concluding my letter to you on this notes that. You can be
the KING. Web presence always creates
such opportunities for you
but you need use this servant of yours in a very proper manner.
Trust me it
will make you a satisfied master at the end of the
day!
All the best,
Andrew Clacy
