Frequently Asked Questions.

Q:  How are the sites built?

A:  The 21stcenturycashflow.com websites are built using a range of specialised softwares.  As of May 2006 the actual  format of the websites is based on the usage of a premium niche website software called InstantNichePortals (INP), owned and operated in Australia.  This unique software creates highly keyword targeted, search engine optimised pages using a combination of live results from the internet, articles, and so-called RSS feeds.

A typical niche website will have between 50 and 100 pages to begin with, and the software is set to automatically grow the site over time, so that to the search engines, the site increases slowly.  After several months the site could comprise 200 or more pages!

We reserve the right to change the format or software used to build these websites at any time without notice, however once your sites have been built, they will not be changed by us unless requested by the client.

Q:  Do I own the site?

A:  Yes, the site is built on a domain name registered in your name, and hosted on a web-space in your name.  You will get complete access to the site through "CPanel" and "FTP" login codes.  The appearance of all the pages on the site can be altered by someone familiar with HTML templates.  However, settings within the INP software itself will not be accessible to you, but can be modified through 21stcenturycashflow (fees apply).  This is not normally necessary unless you want to develop your website further.

Q:  What happens with hosting?

A:  The sites are hosted on special hosting arranged by Australian Online Marketing.  The hosting service uses fast and reliable dedicated servers and your sites are hosted across three completely different "Data Centres" with entirely separate IP addresses.  This has a range of benefits compared to standard hosting which is all on one IP address.  One of these benefits is that it enables us to beneficially setup careful cross linking between some of your sites, which further boosts Page Rank, and possibly traffic.

Q:  How long does it take for my sites to start generating traffic?

A:  Once your sites are built, we will start taking measures to get traffic and visitors as soon as possible.  The first step in this process is to get your sites "Indexed".  This means that they are registered in the indexes of the major search engines.  This is not as simple as just submitting your sites to the search engines.... in fact, that is not a helpful way to go about getting indexed.

The fastest way to get indexed is to get links from several other high ranking sites.  This is the approach we will take with your sites.

So, it can typically take a week or two to get indexed.  Then it will depend on a range of factors before regular traffic starts visiting.

It can usually take 1 to 3 months to see appreciable traffic, and this is not guaranteed. Typically some sites will do well, some will be average, and some will hardly perform at all.  This is just the reality of building niche sites in today's competitive search engine landscape.

Q:  How do I receive Google Adsense income?

A:  We will work with you to facilitate you securing a Google Adsense account, in the name or entity you desire.  In order to do this, you will need a website, so if you don't already have a website, you will have to wait until one of your ordered sites is complete, then you can submit an application for your Adsense account.  We can assist you in this simple process.

Once your account is setup, we simply place a piece of HTML code provided by Google onto your website.  Once your site starts earning money, Google sends you a cheque by mail every month.  The cheque will be in Australian dollars, and will have to be physically banked.  Google do not, at this stage, offer electronic transfer of Adsense income.

Q.  What about other sources of income?

A.  There are a range of other ways you can generate income from any of your sites once they start generating traffic, including:

  • Amazon affiliate program

  • Clickbank affiliate program

  • Other affiliate mall programs like Commission Junction etc.

  • Individual product affiliate programs

  • Pay-per-lead affiliate programs

  • Private commission deals - for instance I am aware of a health coach who is currently paying $100 per lead for referrals to her website.

  • Private Label Rights and Resell Rights products

  • Your own products

  • Building a "List" with an opt-in form and autoresponder.

Once your sites are delivered you can provide affiliate or resell rights products for us to include on your site (extra nominal admin fee may apply for setup).

Q.  What happens after Month 2?

A.  This has to be determined on a case by case basis.  We recommend that you engage us toi tailor a continual development and maintenance program.  Nothing on the internet is static!  If it is, it's probably not producing a good income.   The search engines particularly, like to see a site that is continually growing in content, and back-links.  This causes the search engine "spiders" to come back more frequently.

The options for improving and growing your site(s) are virtually endless.  21stcenturycashflow.com has considerable expertise in recommending to you the best strategies to grow your site.

However, we realise that your ongoing investment may be determined by the returns from your site, so we feel it is best to consider each site on a case by case basis.

Once your site has established a position in the search engines and is receiving traffic, there is not necessarily any need to work further on the site.  This is the beauty of the passive income nature of these sites.  However, the search engine "algorithms" can change without notice and often a site can be affected by this.  So it is wise to continue to strengthen your sites with progressive new content and backlinks if possible.

Basic maintenance packages that slowly increase back-links and content, as well as manage any ongoing email based requests relating to your site can be purchased from as little as $50/mth per site.

Q.  Is it really possible to sell a website?

A.  Absolutely!  There are even dedicated website brokerage sites where you can buy and sell websites.  If your site has a demonstrated history of traffic, and income, you will be able to sell it for more, than if it is has no traffic.

Another opportunity is to build websites targeted to particular commercial niches, and sell them to small to medium businesses operating in that niche.
